Workmanship was totally disgusting, quote accepted was not abided by increased cost of over $4000

Floor is a serious problem not fit for purpose quotes received regarding remedial work are just about the original quote,we paid 80% of account as to us this is all it was worth if that at all.company want to repair only part of the issue to get paid balance ,due to serious fault we want another company to repair as if they can not do job correct forst time how can they do it to repair to quality standard
Company is now charging interest on unpaid balance whilst we wait for a resolution
Company director Rodney Stirling has admitted written he has discussed us with third parties assuming we do not have money to pay and also assuming we are double dipping and living in camping type quarters
He logically can not comprehend that fixing his work is a 5 day job so we can not paint etc nor unpack fully as we have to move out for 5 days whilst repaired it is a concrete grinded and polished floor total house
