Still Waiting
Purchased a product from Trademe on the 28th of March, was picked up on the 30th by Aramex ... and that's the last I've heard of it. Going on 21 days of limited contacted from Aramex, no updates on their webpage and no help from their customer service. Absolutely disgusted that a company like this could operate in New Zealand.

Theyre just a bunch of dont care numpties. A parcel picked up on 9 December in Auckland still hasn't arrived at an urban address in Taihape. on the 19th - 10 days so far! A person has been waiting all day at the address for the delivery ever since it was picked up and we found out today that a card had been left in the letter box with no indication of where the parcel was taken to, when they claim it 'couldnt be delivered'. The supposed courier delivery person had given it to someone else to deliver. The official courier's phone number doesnt infact exist. the woman at the Aramex depot in Whanganui was full of excuses but no apology. Says it will be delivered tomorrow. It had better be and I will be seeking a refund of the cost. 10 days fgs! it would have been here possibly overnight if sent by NZ Post Courier Post, and far less than 10 days if sent by standard snail mail, and at much less cost! I had no choice about who would be delivering it. How do these turkeys get away with this?
