On arrival at the hotel we was very out dated dodgy door locks etc, it wasn’t till the morning that we noticed that the toilet didn’t flush properly and the shower didn’t drain. The bathroom was full of black mould along with the net curtains in the hotel, that shower drain was blocked with previous guests hair. We asked for this to be fixed or a room change we were told it was fixed but they just shoved the hair down further, there was soap scum all over the shower. Photos did not look anything like the real thing. Property will not contact me back. But the worse thing was when we stripped the bed upon departure there was blood over both beds mattress protectors! This place is such a health hazard!
