Was behind in payments had tried to get them to set up a payment plan to cover the arrears and agreed to stop charging me late fees. They couldnt get the payments to go out on a specific day at the agreed amount even though they had told me it was solved. And then they kept charging me late fees even though was their fault and then kept one account (i have two with them) in arrears whilst the other was in credit and the late fees kept being charged. I questioned them about it and they said because my payment plan had failed they wont recerse the late fees even though it was their fault. They wont respond to my emails
