Cancel our Rental Car when confirmed!!
We made a car booking through QEEQ on the 19th of Decemeber and on the website it emphasised "Instant confirmation" over and over. After we booked it, the website also shows that the booking is successful and confirmed. However, the next day they cancelled our booking without a proper reason! They just claim that the car supplier no longer have the availability. Even worse, the customer service lady is keep pushing the responsibility and said that they haven't send another confirmation email. But in reality, it was already showed as confirmed on the booking website! We even cancelled our previous booking of rental car for this sepcific booking. Now we are near to our travel and we don't even have a car to support our trip, since everything is booked out. We are arriving at Queenstown on 24th of Dec and leaving at Christchurch on the 1st of Jan. Please help!!
