Terrible Service
Extremely unhappy with your service Courierpost. 2x attempted deliveries, 1 before 7am and 1 not far off for a parcel that needs to be signed for is ridiculous. Your call centre only opens at 7am and your offices don't open till 8.30am why is it acceptable to deliver before these timeframes? I now have no idea where my parcel is as someone is yet to contact me as they advised they would and i have been waiting over a week for something that should have been so simple!

I am officially complaining.
I emailed Courierpost last week after their driver made a delivery, a Warehouse parcel.
he had a woman (not in uniform with him).
He came right down back of my property. I said why did you drive past the sign saying front door only? He said: "I don't know what the front of the house is". I said, it's the part that isn't at the back.
he then said "f*** you" and drove off. The parcel had been handed to my husband at that stage.

So I complained but noone emailed back or phoned. And still haven't.
Then I book a pickup friday at lunchtime.
No-one came. No contact.

I phone today and am told the driver refused booking as I am rude.
Really??? Even if I am the nastiest person ever, he can pick and choose his work? So this means I don't get my deliveries now either? As he won't pick up!!! And all because when I complained about the door, he swore at me.
I am still waiting for anything. A response. An apology. A new driver.


I am also now complaining about their lack of response.
