This company had a GrabOne deal for WOF for $19. When I went to get my car checked out, they literally spent an hour inspecting it. It was as if they actually tried looking for something in order to gain business. They found something wrong with the suspension and quoted me on the job. They also said just come in on Saturday morning and they will do it. I called on Saturday and they said they are fully booked. They knew I drove some distance and had I turned up on Saturday it would have been a great waste of time. When I finally made an appointment the job was complete and he ended up charging me $100 extra - saying it includes labour. But didn't quote that initially. Don't do a GrabOne deal if you are going to spend an hour looking for the slightest thing in order to gain business.
