I bought a used car from Spot Cars at Penrose after seeing an ad on Trademe. Within 3 weeks I had to return it to them for various faults including the vehicle leaking through the dash in the rain and the engine light coming on and the windscreen wipers not working because they didn't reconnect them properly after a repair leaving me in an extremely dangerous situation when I discovered the issue. By the fourth time within 3 weeks I rejected the car as faulty and asked for a refund. They picked up the car but have not given me the money. It has nearly been three weeks now. They have the car and the money. I feel like I have been robbed and even if they eventually give me the money back it has been so stressful. When I am able to contact them they are so rude to me it is unbelievable. I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else!
