Very Rude - Accused Me of Lying
I first visited Metro Auto Service because I had a voucher for a service. However, I also came in with other requests (a WOF, a tail light fixed and a warning type light which was stuck on and wouldn't turn off).

It turned out that there was a lot of other work which was needed for the WOF, and that was fine. I paid and the work was done.

HOWEVER, I also asked for the warning type light on my dash to be checked (twice: once over the phone and once on delivery of the vehicle to the premises).

After picking up my car I noticed that the light was still on, but I had to rush back to the city so couldn't call. I had a busy weekend and text mid morning to say the light had not been fixed. I followed up with a call.

I was told that there must have been nothing wrong with my vehicle, and that it was likely that I was making the fact up that there was a light on at all because I was annoyed that I had to pay extra money for the WOF to be fixed. He also said because I not called immediately after that it seemed like I was making it up. The person I spoke to (Ganesh) was so rude, unhelpful and accusatory that I ended up having to hang up on him. He did NOT apologise.

I felt incredibly disrespected and attacked.
