When you call to buy product from TV Shop they will return your call 50 times, bu when you call, visit or email they speak very rudely and very badly. No customer service. Products get faulty in 6 months where they have given warranty of 5 years and refuse to fix or change.
I recommend everyone not buy product from this company (TV Shop) at all.
