Their Harakeke small huts of which there are two of, are shown to have one hot tub which is listed as a feature on their mobile website as of 05/07/19. It turns out this feature is actually an optional extra that only one of the huts can book for $50. These huts share bathroom and small kitchen area so it was assumed the hot tub was also shared. Apon reinspection of their website on mobile the only way to learn this is to open the optional extras tab just before paying, easily missed if you just want the basics shown. We picked up the key from the manager who said nothing about it, the hut book invites you to use it with instructions. This creates an awkward situation with the guests in the other hut with the only way to clarify being to drive up the hill to the office at certain times because of no cell reception. Next day we were accused of ruining the other guests stay because we we used hot tub after they were finished. When we suggested this was nowhere near clear enough when booking they said it was and they were dissappointed in us. This ruined our stay we feel we should probally have been offered a partial refund or at least apology, at the very least they should change their website.
