Greetings I have endless problems with NZ couriers not only in the past but currently,my parcel were supposed to be delivered 12/09/2019 there were people home my parcel were returned to the courier depo and held there. I called a few days after 16/09/2019 and requested redelivery the online lady seemed nice and told me my delivery will be delivered by 5pm Monday night 16/09/2019 she requested the card to call they left and my email,when I got home I received an email saying I elected for the parcel to be held and I will collect , which I never did and also got a supposed receipt for this,i never requested this service of redelivery was all I requested wasand I was assured my parcel will be delivered 5pm Monday 16/09/2019. I want my item redelivered asap please as requested!!!
