I was expecting an urgent parcel - while checking on tracking website I have seen an "attempted delivery" coming through, while I was home and no one knocked. I found no delivery card. I checked the home surveillance and no Fastway courier car even drove on the street today!!!

I called Fastway who could not say anything but "sorry, nothing we can do" - shocking, how they mark "attempted delivery" remotely without even driving in the area!!!!!! We are basically paying for a service they don't do!!!
