Our room was filthy, there was even nail clippings behind the furniture we had to move to get to a plug and someone's black hair in the shower! There was toothpaste spit on the toilet paper holder and dodgy brown stains on the wall, and a massive burn mark from the lamp right next to the bed.The mirror didn't even hang straight and the tv with apparent Netflix couldn't even be turned on (we believe not wired correctly). The AC was always running and loud which emitted a high pitch noise for sometimes hours which made it super difficult to go to sleep.The place was super dodgy feeling, broken mirrors half lit hallways, cracked broken tiles, uneven floors, elevators that felt like they would break and drop any minute (one had a massive broken mirror and the other was covered with MDF wood). Our room had no window and the bed was horrifically uncomfortable with 2 pathetic pillows. The shared cooking lounge facility ABSOLUTELY STUNK of rotten food which we finally figured out the source was the overfilled rubbish bin. This also had no windows or ventilation so stunk the whole time. After day 3 of staying there it was finally cleaned out. Location is off putting as it is above some shops which you had to get through in order to even try and talk to the front desk. The 'swipe' for the doors didnt even work half the time. The staff were somewhat ok but never there so could never talk to them. Don't bother wasting your money or time on this place it should be condemned and not suitable for anyone to stay or live in. If you look at the other millions reviews listed you can see there has been live wires hanging down, blood and urine on used sheets, rubbish, used and damaged beds and bathrooms, rotten food, and mold on everything!! It's not safe!
