NZ post outlet discrimination of customers
We have a P.O. Box at this service station which is an NZ post outlet. We feel for some reason we are being treated unfairly and discriminated against by a particular woman who works in the shop.

She Deliberately withheld our mail from us That was addressed to our post box on the premises claiming that their courier drop off area has nothing to do with their NZ post boxes even though it is located at the same business and in the same building.

She knew our parcel could be on the courier drop off table but instead of telling us that she withheld this information, was rude, belligerent and refused to tell us where our package was. When my partner asked to talk to the owner he Also refused to tell him that his package was on the courier table. So instead they kept our package from us and sent us away empty handed.

The tall woman with glasses on another occasion also Refused to sell me NZ courier ticket claiming that “once she’s scanned it the delivery service has begun”. Other staff here are great but this woman is horrid.

She discriminates against people has an inflated ego and seems to enjoy making people’s day harder by being difficult and belligerent And making up completely fabricated reasons to withhold services from us and now I know from other people too.

On top of this when I did discover the courier drop off table at the premises I was shocked to see it’s in and open area right next to a big open garage door And people’s packages sit completely un secure out in the open where anybody could just walk in and take whatever they wanted off the table. And the owner even though he is obviously a registered outlet For the courier refused to take any responsibility for the table telling me that’s got nothing to do with us.

So my package addressed to my P.O. Box left on a table at NZ Rogers registered courier drop off has nothing to do with his business?? It’s pretty obvious these people were deliberately withholding information from us about the location of our packages. Really really rude, poor and incompetent service from the owner and his staff member the tall woman with glasses.

Other people have now come forward to me saying that they’ve experienced the same treatment from this woman. And so we are left being told to leave the building without our parcel and without instruction where to find our parcel, no apology for their horrid treatment of us and no responsibility taken for the courier drop off table located in their building.

Really tired of being treated like this at our local service station.
