Appauling behavior from staff 

I wish to lodge a formal complaint against the services that was rendered by the staff and another guest staying at the Rotorua International Motor Inn towards myself and my two young childen thoughout our stay.
We stayed in room 9 from 10/09/2020 - 12/09/2020 although I paid for 3 nights which was to end on 13/09/2020.
We booked our stay through booking.com, upon receiving my confirmation it states "full price shown is the amount you'll pay at the property" which was $886.50 (I have attached a screenshot of this receipt from booking.com as well as my receipt from the motel). I was then charged $904.23 EFTPOS by the manager in reception. I do not understand why I was charged more as I was not paying by credit card. I was then asked for my credit card details including my cvc number. Booking.com already had these details so I was very concerned as to why I was being asked for these details again. I felt as though I needed to contact my bank and cancel my card, so I did.
Shortly after checking in, my son (10yrs) was outside playing and eating his pie and slushy. Judith Cunningham (Manager) has approached my son and growled him for "swearing" . I did not appreciate this woman taking matters into her own hands and growling my son without confronting myself about it first. Judith then said that my son was no longer allowed on the property.
My son was very upset with this woman and it took a long time to calm him down.
On my first night (10/09/2020) staying at the Rotorua International I recieved a knock on the door. At my door was a well known gang member who stood there with his chest out and chin up asking me who was staying with me. I felt very intimidated and unsafe at this point so I asked my mother to stay with us. That same night I recieved a text message from the same man stating that "visitors were to be gone by 9pm thanks malo". How did this man obtain my phone number without my consent?
While staying at this motel I felt as though someone (other than the housekeepers) was entering my room while I was out, so I decided to set up a personal camera which I sat on the table. (I have attached a couple of screenshots from my video footage)
Shortly after leaving the motel I was watching live footage of this gang member, his step son and Judith entering my room. My camera had audio as well and I was able to hear what was being said and from what I could hear, these people had no valid reason to be entering my room without my knowledge. I could hear the gang member saying to judith that "hell put a pole on my door and go out the back and jump the fence". These men have both looked under the couch cushions and in the wardrobes etc. I phoned the police and waited down the road till the police said it was safe enough to return. While waiting to return, the officer I was with recieved a phone call saying that management have cancelled my stay and we were to leave immediately.

I can confirm the statements about the gang member who is pictured in the photos. He stays there almost every weekend as he is a Meth Dealer. I can also confirm he has plenty a criminal record and is bad news. It wouldn’t surprise me if he has ties with the motel to filter the meth money through
